1. Eat fewer or no carbs in the evening. This is a very powerful way to get your body to burn body fat. When carbs are available your body burns them for energy and neglects other forms of energy – i.e. body fat. 3. Eat foods with Vitamin C. Fruits such as oranges, lemons and grapefruit contain a lot of vitamin C which can help fat get broken down and flushed out more efficiently.
4. Avoid refined carbohydrates. If you are serious about getting the weight off fast you want to trade in your refined carbs for whole carbs such as high-fiber whole grains or whole fruit. Refined carbs spike your blood sugar which make your body increase its fat storage.
