Many women discover they are pregnant while they are in the middle with a weight of diet. This situation raises many questions, which is above all of them, they should continue their weight loss diet, and if so, how?
Not the answer is quite simple: I repeat, do not try to lose weight during pregnancy. Pregnancy is not the time for weight loss. Pregnancy is the time to eat more, not less. During pregnancy, you should have something to gain weight not lose it.
Note thatYou have a responsibility as a parent to feed your baby while it is in you. Your baby needs food in order to develop their full potential and grow. If you are on a diet, you can deprive your baby of necessary nutrients and leads him or her irreversible damage.
This does not mean you should start eating like crazy. In fact, you should only eat about 300 calories more a day. During pregnancy, you should gain about 25 pounds if you were not overweight from the beginning, and less than25 pounds if you were overweight. If your weight gain is higher than that, or it looks like it will be on later than that you should start thinking about changing your diet and fitness plan.
There really is no need to gain too much weight during pregnancy. If you see what you eat and not specialized exercises for pregnant women, you should be able to keep your weight gain to a healthy minimum.
It will lose after your pregnancy, your additional weight. Remembercertainly do not win too much during pregnancy.
